Tufts Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our M3 unit as part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. As a key member of this patient-centered, academic medical center in Boston, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to a diverse patient population, collaborating closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and support staff. In this role, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments safely, and continuously monitor patient status, intervening promptly when changes occur. You will use advanced clinical judgment to prioritize care, coordinate complex discharges, educate patients and families, and advocate for patient needs across the continuum of care. Working within our teaching hospital environment, you will precept new nurses and students as appropriate, contribute to interdisciplinary rounds, and participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives aimed at enhancing outcomes and the patient experience. You will document thoroughly and accurately in the electronic medical record, follow infection prevention and regulatory standards, and support a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
